The property unit granted for lease is furnished and equipped with kitchen accessories.
The rental price of the stay reflects the selected period and includes: rent of the property; utilities (water, light, gas, heating, air-conditioning); applicable taxes; final cleaning.
By confirmation of the availability of the apartment, for the required period, the reservation shall be considered confirmed upon receipt, by Sleeping in Florence, of a 30% deposit of the entire price of stay. The deposit may be paid through Electronic Funds Transfer (Bank Transfer) or credit card.
Should you make payment by Electronic Funds Transfer it is necessary to fax the bank's confirmation of the transfer to Sleeping in Florence to confirm your payment.
The balance (remaining 70%) will have to be paid at check-in, by either cash or credit card.
For apartment leases exceeding one month, the payment of the rent shall be made by cash or credit card, monthly, no later than the fifth day of each month.
In case of partial of total cancellation of the reservation the following penalties will be applied:
• Cancellation 30 or more days prior to the beginning of the period of stay: No cancellation fees imposed.
• Cancellation between 29 and 15 days before the beginning of the stay: A fee of 50% of the total price will be imposed.
• Cancellation from 14 days prior to the beginning of the stay or failure to arrive (no show): A fee of 100% of the total price will be imposed.
4.TIMETABLE OF COMMENCEMENT AND TERM OF THE RENTAL PERIOD:
Clients are kindly requested to communicate their estimated arrival time.
Clients are kindly requested to check-out prior to 10:00am on the day that their stay concludes, unless otherwise agreed with Sleeping in Florence.
The clients agree to vacate the premises at the agreed date, leaving it in the condition in which it was delivered at the commencement of the rental period.
5.OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTIES
The client agrees to behave in a conscientious and respectful manner during their stay, and maintain good neighbourhood practices at all times.
In particular, it is forbidden to bring pets into the apartment and apartment complex, or smoke within the apartment or common areas. The client agrees not to remove or alter any of the existing furnishings/accessories as found at the time of check-in.
The client exonerates the landlord from any responsibility for damages deriving from issues relating to third parties or service interruptions of which the landlord is not deemed responsible by Italian law.
The client is directly liable for damages or losses to the property unit resulting from his/her negligence during the period of their lease.
The client and the landlord agree that any court proceedings relating to the rental will be commenced only under the jurisdiction of the Court of Florence.
